Dementia Friends!

Staff at CIA recently received training by a dementia champion of Dementia Friends.

We hope that by becoming dementia friends in the community, we can actively engage people in conversation so they learn a little more about dementia and have a better understanding of it. By doing this, more and more people will gain an insight in to what it is like to live with dementia and how best we can support people.
