Compassion in Action honoured to be visited by Andy Burnham mayor of GM on Wednesday 4th October , Andy has journeyed with our charity from a derelict site to a community of inclusion village in the heart of Leigh.

“Every time I step into the doors of Compassion in Action, it does my heart good. Pam and her team are turning lives around every day and giving people hope who had none. Their incredible work gives me confidence that it is possible to end rough-sleeping in Greater Manchester if we all pull together and learn from their lead. I have learned so much from Pam and Compassion in Action and as Mayor, am seeking to replicate their success across Greater Manchester.”
